Ms Denise Wong is currently Deputy Commissioner of PDPC - Designate. She will formally assume the role of Deputy Commissioner of PDPC from 1 July 2023. Prior to this, Denise was the Cluster Director of the Strategic Policy and Operations Cluster, where she led the legislative amendments to tackle online harms on social media, and oversaw teams that regulate misinformation and scams. Earlier in her career, Denise was a Justices’ Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court before joining the Attorney-General’s Chambers Civil Division as State Counsel.
