- Cancellations received no later than 7 January 2019 entitle registered persons to a full refund less 25% administration costs.
- No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to Ms. Laurence Schepens, firstname.lastname@example.org
- Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY/ NAME CHANGE
- The delegate can replace the name on the booking until 19 January 2019 by sending an email to Ms. Laurence Schepens, email@example.com
- Verbal substitutions will not be accepted.
