Carolyn Wilson-Nash is a lecturer in Marketing and Retail at the University of Stirling. Her overarching research focus is on the adoption of technology by consumers. She has investigated innovation in digital technology, AI, webpages, mobile applications and FMCG; and adoption by older adults, care home residents, patients with long term conditions and in palliative care. Her recent publications have explored whether technology can relieve the loneliness felt by older adults as well as how older adults develop coping strategies to use everyday devices.
