Marc van der Ham is the Deputy Team Lead of Policy & Strategy at the Dutch Public Prosecution Service's National Office. He advises on EU legal instruments affecting cybercrime and digital investigations. An external PhD candidate at eLaw, he researches IT infrastructure companies' role in cybercrime investigation and prosecution. Previously, he worked at Google and the European Parliament. Marc holds LLMs in European Law and Philosophy of Law from Leiden University. His career centres on upholding the rule of law in the digital era.
