Elisabeth Steindl has a multifaceted academic background, primarily in law and the arts. She works at the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law as well as at the Platform 'Governance of Digital Practices', both at the University of Vienna. Her research on data protection and privacy aspects takes a special interest in the field of e-mental health and emerging mental technologies, such as emotion recognition and neuro technology.
