Cosimo Monda is Director of the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC) at Maastricht University. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Bologna. His fields of expertise include Data Protection and Cybersecurity, EU Information Management; Transparency and access to documents; EU Agencies; EU decision-making procedures and Institutions and EU law. Before joining Maastricht University, he was a Senior Lecturer and Head of Information, Publications, and Marketing services at the European Institute of Public Administration, where he was managing various data protection related training and certification courses, teaching programmes, online learning and consultancy services.
