Ekaterina graduated Law at Moscow State University in 2012; she is Master in Law from Higher School of Economics (HSE University), Moscow (2021). She has 10+ years’ experience in corporate and financial law, as well as research and teaching experience. Ekaterina is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of International Law of Higher School of Economics where she heads the research group “From Science Fiction to Legal Science: State Responsibility in Cyberspace”. Currently she is a Visiting Researcher as the cyberBRICS project hosted by FGV Law School in Brazil.
