Stanislaw Tosza is Associate Professor in Compliance and Law Enforcement at the University of Luxembourg, where he teaches and researches comparative and European criminal law, white-collar crime, and the interaction between criminal law and new technologies. He is also the Secretary General of the International Association of Penal Law (AIDP). He researches in particular the role of tech companies in law enforcement. Together with Vanessa Franssen he is the co-editor and author of "The Cambridge Handbook of Digital Evidence in Criminal Investigations" forthcoming at CUP in 2023.
