Christopher Docksey is the Honorary Director General at the EDPS and former Commission Legal Adviser on Data Protection. He is a Member of the Guernsey Data Protection Authority, a Senior Visiting Fellow of ECPC at Maastricht and a Fellow of the VUB. He is one of the principal Editors of the OUP GDPR Commentary with Professors Lee Bygrave and Christopher Kuner. He lectures and publishes, in particular on accountability and on the case law of the CJEU and the ECtHR. Most recently he published “Government Access to Personal Data and Transnational Interoperability: An Accountability Perspective” with Kenneth Propp.
