Director of Data Privacy Brasil Research Association. Rafael is a PhD Candidate at the University of São Paulo and attended the Privacy Law and Policy Course of the University of Amsterdam. He holds a Master in Legal Theory at the University of São Paulo and a Master of Law and Political Economy at the University of Turin. He was part of the Working Group of Telecommunications and Consumer's Rights of the Brazilian Ministry of Justice in 2016 and was a member of the Council of Consumer Protection of the Federal Agency of Telecommunications (2015-2018).
