Guido Scorza is a member of the Board of the Italian Data Protection Authority (‘the Garante) elected by the Italian Chamber of Deputies on 2020. Guido Scorza is a civil lawyer. As expert in innovation policies at both the national and European levels, he was the Legal Counselor to the Minister for Innovation and served as the Deputy Representative of the Italian Government at the Government Advisory Board (GAC) of ICANN. Guido Scorza was a member of the task force for the Digital Agenda of the Prime Minister's Office, served as Head of National and European Regulatory Affairs for the Digital Transformation Team of the Prime Minister's Office.
