Dr. Richard Rak is Manager for Digital Health Policy at DIGITALEUROPE and Research Fellow at the University of Milan. He holds a Joint PhD in Law, Science and Technology from the University of Bologna and the University of Turin and a Doctorate in Law (specialised in Digital Law) from the University of Vienna (earned as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions researcher). Prior to that, Richard worked at Ghent University, the University of Brescia and the State Audit Office of Hungary. He also holds a master’s (Dr. jur.) degree in Law, an LL.M. degree in European Law, and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting and in Human Resource Management.
