Frederico is a Senior Legal Officer at BEUC - The European Consumer Organisation, where he advocates for the interests of consumers in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and intellectual property. He is also a part-time visiting lecturer at the University of Sciences Po in Lille, where he teaches a course on European consumer policy. Frederico studied law at the University of Lisbon and Université Catholique de Louvain. He holds a Master in EU Law from the College of Europe in Bruges.
