Dr Mark R. Leiser is an Assistant Professor at the Center for Law and Digital Technologies, a research fellow in the Effective Protection of Fundamental Rights in a Pluralist World research program. Dr Leiser’s expertise is in the regulation of the Internet and his research interests include heuristics, platform regulation, data protection, digital rights, consumer protection, and computational propaganda. His research focuses on implementing insights from cognitive and social psychology as well as behavioural economics into the regulation of the online environment.
