Anastasiya Kiseleva is a Doctoral Researcher under the EUTOPIA PhD co-tutelle program at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Faculty of Law, LSTS and HALL research groups) and CY Cergy Paris University (Faculty of Computer Science, ETIS Lab). She develops the approach for ensuring a sufficient level of AI transparency in healthcare that is both legally compliant and technically feasible. Her approach is based on different levels of transparency (external, internal and insider) considering the roles of involved stakeholders (patients, healthcare professionals and AI developers). She also works on different topics in the health law and technologies, including the EHDS, AI-based medical devices, genetic testing and editing with AI.
