Sarah Chander is an advocate and organiser with several years of experience organising with European grassroots movements on racial justice, feminism, digital and LGBT rights. Sarah Co-founded the Equinox Initiative of Racial Justice, a people of colour-led initiative working to advance rights and justice for all people in Europe. Equinox works in solidarity with a coalition of racial and social justice leaders and organisations to influence European Union law and policy on issues such as racial profiling, migration, climate justice and inclusive gender policy. Previously she lead advocacy on the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act at European Digital Rights (EDRi).
