Felix is legal researcher at ULD, the Schleswig-Holstein Data Protection Authority, and member of Forum Privatheit. His work there focuses on structural aspects of data processing, power and progressive approaches to data protection. He was co-editor of the Internet Policy Review Special Issue on Feminist Data Protection. Last year, his monograph, The Right to Data Protection – Individual and Structural Dimensions of EU Data Protection Law, was published by Springer/TMC Asser.
