In 2026, CPDP introduces a simplified sponsorship model: one clear and accessible package that offers all sponsors visibility and impact. Each sponsor may propose either a speaker or a workshop in return. Sponsors can also combine this package with additional options (see below).

The cocktail sponsorship package is open to private companies, firms or organisations. As the cocktail sponsor, you will host one of the three evening cocktail receptions which will take place in the conference venue called Maison de la Poste. For the amount of € 10,000, you will receive:
Become the host and the official sponsor of the CPDP party. Give your company high visibility and become a generous and much appreciated sponsor. The sponsor will also be given the opportunity to get involved in the organisation of the party. CPDP will provide the party sponsor with the following benefits:
One of the most important needs for our audience is drinking water. 8 water dispensers are distributed at the most strategic location around the conference, offering our CPDP audience refill opportunities. The branding for the dispensers is made in collaboration with the PR department of the sponsor and our graphic team, so that the message is clearly communicated: ‘Water powered by [your company name]’. Branding is printed on measure made, eco-friendly cardboard box displays.
At the registration, the audience receives a conference bag with general conference information, the conference programme, flyers, goodies, etc. As part of the CPDP survival kit, add your personalised eco-friendly, re-usable bottle to the bag. The audience (1400 people) will need your bottle during and between sessions. Branding design is made in collaboration with the PR department of the sponsor and our graphic team. The price is based on two offers for 700 bottles, allowing two different sponsors to take advantage of this opportunity. A sponsor can choose to accept both offers for an agreed-upon price.
Another hotspot between sessions is the recurrent Barista booth. CPDP has two Barista locations, one at the conference entry and one in the Foyer. Brand the Barista Booth with your logo (display, napkin, etc). Your company name will be noticed and appreciated by all the coffee lovers in the audience (they are many) for offering the black gold. The coffee cups are not branded.
To keep our audience engaged, complimentary protein bars will be distributed throughout the conference via branded vending machines. These machines serve as convenient fuelling stations, used between panels and workshops, offering attendees a quick and accessible pick-up service. The machines are strategically placed on all floors for easy access and optimal visibility. The vending machine branding will be developed in collaboration with the sponsor's PR department and our graphics team to ensure the message is clearly communicated: "Protein bar powered by [your company name]."
