2026 Sponsorship Package
In 2026, CPDP introduces a simplified sponsorship model: one clear and accessible package that offers all sponsors visibility and impact. Each sponsor may propose either a speaker or a workshop in return. Sponsors can also combine this package with additional options (see below).
Event Sponsor
As an event sponsor, you are a financial supporter of the CPDP Conference and related events.
For €5,500 (VAT excl), you receive:
- Official recognition as a CPDP sponsor across the main event and side events
- One speaker slot* or the opportunity to organise a 75-minute workshop
- Year-round visibility on the CPDP website (name, logo, short description)
- Logo display on screens throughout the venue and in printed conference materials
- Inclusion in CPDP Updates (sent to our global mailing list)
- One complimentary conference pass ** for your speaker/workshop facilitator
- Option to include one branded item (e.g. pen, notebook) or flyer in the conference bag
*Speakers are added to the curated CPDP speaker pool, from which panel organisers select contributors based on topic and relevance. Sponsors may propose more than one speaker.
**Complimentary registrations are not part of the standard sponsorship package. A 10% discount will be granted for registrations for other members within the sponsor's organisation.

A limited number of booth spaces is available at CPDP where the sponsor can interact with the audience during the full duration of the conference.

LANYARD SPONSOR € 5,800 (VAT excl.)
Receive high-level visibility at CPDP 2026 through the sponsorship of the official conference lanyard! All attendees will receive a lanyard at registration and wear it throughout the conference. Have your company logo imprinted on the conference lanyard for all attendees. Lanyards to be supplied by the sponsor!

The cocktail sponsorship package is open to private companies, firms or organisations. As the cocktail sponsor, you will host one of the three evening cocktail receptions which will take place in the conference venue called Maison de la Poste. For the amount of € 10,000, you will receive:
- mention as an official sponsor of all CPDP activities and its side events
- mention of sponsor name, logo and organisation blurb/description on the CPDP website for the whole year following the conference
- visibility of sponsor name and logo on the programme brochure, the display screens at the conference rooms and CPDP Updates (mass mail blasts to the CPDP database)
- exclusive logo display on the screens during the cocktail reception
- one free CPDP conference registration
- Possibility to put one single sheet advertisement or flyer in the conference bag

PARTY SPONSOR € 12,500 (VAT excl.)
Become the host and the official sponsor of the CPDP party. Give your company high visibility and become a generous and much appreciated sponsor. The sponsor will also be given the opportunity to get involved in the organisation of the party. CPDP will provide the party sponsor with the following benefits:
- exclusive identification as the official sponsor and the co-organiser of the CPDP party
- logo on signage at the party: opportunity to display roll-up banner at the party venue and other possibilities to be discussed
- benefits from the visibility of its name and logo and organisation blurb/description on the CPDP website for the whole year following the conference

Drinking water Sponsorship € 8,500 (VAT excl.)
One of the most important needs for our audience is drinking water. 8 water dispensers are distributed at the most strategic location around the conference, offering our CPDP audience refill opportunities. The branding for the dispensers is made in collaboration with the PR department of the sponsor and our graphic team, so that the message is clearly communicated: ‘Water powered by [your company name]’. Branding is printed on measure made, eco-friendly cardboard box displays.
Drinking bottle with your logo € 4,000 (VAT excl.)
At the registration, the audience receives a conference bag with general conference information, the conference programme, flyers, goodies, etc. As part of the CPDP survival kit, add your personalised eco-friendly, re-usable bottle to the bag. The audience (1400 people) will need your bottle during and between sessions. Branding design is made in collaboration with the PR department of the sponsor and our graphic team. The price is based on two offers for 700 bottles, allowing two different sponsors to take advantage of this opportunity. A sponsor can choose to accept both offers for an agreed-upon price.
Coffee/Barista Sponsorship € 8,500 (VAT excl.)
Another hotspot between sessions is the recurrent Barista booth. CPDP has two Barista locations, one at the conference entry and one in the Foyer. Brand the Barista Booth with your logo (display, napkin, etc). Your company name will be noticed and appreciated by all the coffee lovers in the audience (they are many) for offering the black gold. The coffee cups are not branded.
Protein bar sponsorship €9,500 (VAT excl.)
To keep our audience engaged, complimentary protein bars will be distributed throughout the conference via branded vending machines. These machines serve as convenient fuelling stations, used between panels and workshops, offering attendees a quick and accessible pick-up service. The machines are strategically placed on all floors for easy access and optimal visibility. The vending machine branding will be developed in collaboration with the sponsor's PR department and our graphics team to ensure the message is clearly communicated: "Protein bar powered by [your company name]."
CPDP Culture Club € 3000 (VAT excl.)
The CPDP Culture Club has grown to be one of the most popular parts of the conference program, consistently drawing full audiences and offering a unique and vibrant setting for creative reflection and exchange that resonates strongly with CPDP attendees.
As a CPDP Culture Club sponsor, you will support one of the three programme days and receive:
- Recognition as an official CPDP sponsor across all conference activities and side events
- Logo, name, and organisation description featured on the CPDP website for one full year following the event

Hosted in collaboration with community radio station dublab, Avatar.fm broadcasts live from the heart of the conference and directly in front of the Grande Hall. During the three days, Avatar.fm draws a steady stream of attendees and brings together leading voices and emerging talent in privacy, data protection, and AI.
As an Avatar.fm sponsor, you will receive:
