Key dates, including early bird registration, deadlines for submitting panel, workshop and paper proposals, presentations, and the schedule release, will be communicated soon. Subscribe to our conference newsletter at the bottom of this page to stay up to date.
The conference will be held at Maison de la Poste Rue Picard 7, 1000 Bruxelles. Detailed directions and maps will become available in weeks leading up to the conference.
Tour & Taxis: Two bus stops are available on the Tour & Taxis site itself: one is located at the beginning of Rue Picard 1 and the other near the Hôtel de la Poste.
At the North Station, the stop is located underground. An escalator goes down from the station to the lower level. There is a sign indicating Tour & Taxis right at the bottom of the escalator. Travelers can wait for the bus there. Our buses are marked with "Tour & Taxis." All buses stop there (STIB, De Lijn, and private buses).
We recommend staying until Saturday to participate in all conference sessions, including the final panel discussions and networking events.
Yes, many sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference.
