Conference quality complaints

If you want to file a complaint concerning the CPDP Values, academic quality, ethical integrity and transparency in decision-making, being aware of CPDP’s multi-stakeholder character, based on principles of transparency, inclusiveness, accountability and academic independence, please fill out the complaint form to provide all necessary information. 

Your complaint will be treated by the Oversight Committee. 

The Oversight Committee will come back to the complainant within 30 days unless for procedural reasons a more extended period is necessary. The Oversight Committee will propose recommendations to the CPDP organisers, and these recommendations shall be sent to the chair of the Scientific Advisory Committee. 

CPDP Code of Conduct complaints

If you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of the CPDP Code of Conduct, please fill out the complaint form to provide all the necessary information needed to lodge a complaint. 

Your complaint will be treated by the Oversight Committee.

The Oversight Committee will notify the complainant within 30 days after a complaint is received, unless for procedural reasons a more extended period is necessary. The Oversight Committee can propose recommendations and/or sanctions to the CPDP organisers. It has an explicit duty of confidentiality of matters discussed.
