Negotiations on the Commission's Proposal for a GDPR Procedural Regulation are at an advanced stage. This workshop will bring together stakeholders who have been closely engaged in the legislative process, including from the EU institutions, NGOs, industry, and practitioners, with a view to raising awareness of the proposed legislation and discussing how the final agreement can bolster trust in the enforcement of the GDPR, whilst aligning with the Commission's competitiveness and simplification agenda.
