A workshop to reflect on findings from literature and expert interviews: The aim is to engage participants the discussion the ethical and legislative aspects related to “employees monitoring their own wellbeing”. The idea for this workshop grew from research exploring employee wellbeing through subjective survey data and objective sensor data. The past two years, dr. Michiel Bal became well-aware that his project’s destination (improving employee wellbeing), would follow a bumpy road filled with ethical, legal, and technological challenges and hindrances. In a 75’ session, Michiel will present the topic based on literature (10’). Afterwards, participants will be engaged in a first round of group discussions (25’). Following this, Michiel will give further insights stemming from 21 expert interviews (10’). These insights will provide new material and perspectives to further deepen the second series of group discussions. If consent is given, the interactive group discussions will be recorded as part of an ongoing Delphi study.
