Xu Xu is an Associate Professor at the School of Philosophy, Inner Mongolia University, China, and was a Research Fellow at Tohoku University, Japan. His research focuses on philosophy of technology, STS, AI ethics, risk epistemology, and cross-cultural technology governance. His recent work examines responsibility, trust, affect, and governance in emerging AI systems, with particular attention to culturally adaptive approaches to human–AI relations, digital governance, and technological risk.
