Natalie Körner is Associate Professor at the Institute of Architecture and Space of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts—Architecture, Design and Conservation and at the Centre for Privacy Studies at the University of Copenhagen. While her earlier research was about the digital cloud, in her recent architectural history research, she has focused on the early modern experience of privacy from a spatial perspective. She is collaborating with the Privacy Studies Journal, of which she will become editor from 2027. She is currently editing a volume on Building Early Modern Privacy, to be published by UCL Press, and she leads the research group Privacy in the Early Modern Home.
