Luka Bekavac is a PhD candidate at the University of St. Gallen researching recommender systems, platform data access, and the auditing of Very Large Online Platforms. His work combines methods from computer science, technology law, and the social sciences to study algorithmic curation, platform governance, and systemic platform risks. He publishes at venues such as ACM FAccT and ACM RecSys and is a member of the PCVE EU Knowledge Hub.
