Alicja Joanna Kucharska is a PhD Candidate at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) and a researcher within the NWO INTERSECT project. Her research focuses on EU liability frameworks in the context of data breaches and cybersecurity incidents, examining the fragmented regulatory landscape at the intersection of cybersecurity and data protection, from a consumer protection perspective.
