You don’t need to list the moderator and speakers yet (Deadline 15 February 2026), but adding them will strengthen your proposal.

Speakers

Panels include one moderator and four speakers, with no dual roles and no more than two from the organising institution. Ensure diversity in gender (including non-binary), geography (max two from one country, at least three countries), and discipline or sector. One speaker may be selected from the curated CPDP pool of industry speakers, which helps organisers meet the multistakeholder requirements.
