Wednesday 21 May
From 18:40 onwards on the ground floor of Maison de La Poste, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) will be hosting the first full day’s evening cocktails. Join us to discuss the topics of the day and plan the rest of your CPDP.ai 2025 conference experience. If you would like to compete for the title of “the CPDPub Quiz Champion”, then be welcome at the Data Protection Scholars’ Network (DPSN) pub quiz in the Foyer.
Thursday 22 May
Again from 18:40 onwards on the ground floor, an evening cocktail proudly organised by the Centre for Future Generations (CFG) only present you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences about the day’s events. Besides drinks and nibbles, those who are interested will be treated to the findings of an expert brainstorming session Wired minds & mental cracks: Ensuring mental health for today’s—and tomorrow’s—youth that took place earlier in the day.
From 20:30 onwards, Mozilla and CPDP warmly invite you for an evening of locally brewed beers in Brasserie de la Senne, a 500m walk from the conference venue. Don’t forget to bring your CPDP badge if you would like to receive drinks vouchers and snacks.
Friday 23 May
Closing this year’s conference, the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP) invites the CPDP Community to the closing cocktail and the CAIDP Awards Ceremony, from 18:40 in Maison de la Poste.
The conference will be held at Maison de la Poste Rue Picard 7, 1000 Bruxelles. Detailed directions and maps will be available on the conference website.

Tour & Taxis: Two bus stops are available on the Tour & Taxis site itself: one is located at the beginning of Rue Picard 1 and the other near the Hôtel de la Poste.
At the North Station, the stop is located underground. An escalator goes down from the station to the lower level. There is a sign indicating Tour & Taxis right at the bottom of the escalator. Travelers can wait for the bus there. Our buses are marked with "Tour & Taxis." All buses stop there (STIB, De Lijn, and private buses).
We recommend staying until Saturday to participate in all conference sessions, including the final panel discussions and networking events.

Regular participants: Cancellations received no later than 10 May 2025 entitle registered persons to a full refund less 25% administration costs. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
