Can I change the name on my registration?

Is there a fee for transferring my registration to someone else?

No, there is no fee for transferring your registration. However, any name changes must be requested before May 15, 2025. Please note: Verbal substitutions are not accepted.

What are the key dates I should keep in mind for the conference?

Key dates, including early bird registration, deadlines for submitting presentations, and the schedule release, will be posted on the conference website

How do I prepare for attending CPDP?

Register online and plan your travel and accommodation in advance. 

Are there networking events or social activities?

Yes, CPDP offers several networking events, including welcome drinks, networking lunches, and a closing event. Details about these events will be shared closer to the conference date.  

Where is the conference venue located?

The conference will be held at Maison de la Poste Rue Picard 7, 1000 Bruxelles. Detailed directions and maps will be available on the conference website. 

What are the best accommodation options nearby?

You can find three hotels located near the venue on our Practical Information page. These options have been selected for their convenience and proximity.

Is there a discount for conference attendees at partner hotels?

Yes, there are discounts available for conference attendees at partner hotels. You can find more details on the practical page of the website, as well as during the registration process.

What is the best way to travel to the venue?

A hop-on, hop-off bus connects our venue with Gare Du Nord and its nearby hotels and public transport facilities. The closest Metro station, Ribaucourt, is a 10-minute walk from the conference. 

Why should I stay until Saturday?

We recommend staying until Saturday to participate in all conference sessions, including the final panel discussions and networking events.  

When will the final conference schedule be available?

The preliminary schedule will be available starting next week, but please note that it is subject to significant changes. The official program will be shared closer to the conference dates.

Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed?

Yes, many sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference. 

How do I find out when and where a panel/workshop is scheduled?

You can find the schedule for panels and workshops in the program, which is available on the homepage.

What accessibility options are available at the venue?

There are no stairs at the entrance, and a lift is available to access the different floors.

Who do I contact for assistance during the event?

If you need assistance during the event, please visit the registration desk or contact any staff member wearing a CPDP T-shirt.

Cancellation Policy

Regular participants: Cancellations received no later than 10 May 2025 entitle registered persons to a full refund less 25% administration costs. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.
 

Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mail to Ms. Ariëlle Desmet, arielle@medicongress.com
 

Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
