Teresa Quintel is an Assistant Professor at the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC) at Maastricht University. Teresa has published on various topics in the context of data protection legislation and related matters. She mainly works on data protection rules applicable in the law enforcement area, the interoperability of EU large-scale information systems, and is involved in trainings for ECPC's Humanitarian Action Programme in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
