Emmanouil Bougiakiotis is a PhD researcher in law at the European University Institute working on the collective governance of privacy. In between his academic studies, he has worked in the public sector, including the Greek Data Protection Authority and the European Data Protection Board and his research focuses on the intersection of law, economics, and public policy.
