Luca Belli, PhD, is Professor of Internet Governance and Regulation at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Law School, where he heads the Center for Technology and Society and the CyberBRICS project. Luca is also one of the Editors of the OUP International Data Privacy Law journal and the Director of CPDP LatAm, the Latin American edition of CPDP.
