Andriy Ilyuk is a researcher at the Law Faculty of Göttingen University (Germany). He is also the coordinator of the LLM Program in European and Transnational Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (LIPIT) at Göttingen. In addition to legal research, he has extensive experience as a practicing lawyer. He has studied, practiced law or carried out legal research in various European countries and in the USA. In the field of data protection, he has contributed to several large international research projects, e.g. RESPECT and SIIP.
