Wannes Vandenbussche is a research affiliate at the Institute for Civil Procedure at KU Leuven. His main research interests are evidence, procedure, ADR and torts. He is an attorney-at-law at the Brussels bar at the Dispute Resolution Practice of Linklaters. Wannes studied law at KU Leuven and at the Universit_ Paris 1 Panth_on-Sorbonne (Erasmus exchange). In July 2012, he obtained his Research Master in Laws, jointly organized by KU Leuven and Tilburg University (magna cum laude). Wannes defended his PhD thesis, “Evidentiary deficiency in tort law” in May 2017. Subsequently, he has been carrying out postdoctoral research as a visiting research scholar at Yale Law School (B.A.E.F. and Fulbright fellow).
