Konstantinos is an Assistant Professor in Competition Law and Regulation, and the Deputy Director of the Centre for Business Law and Practice at the University of Leeds. Previously, he was a Fellow at FGV Direito Rio, where he was involved in the public consultation and drafting of the local net neutrality rules, and has worked and/or interned at the Council of Europe, the FCC, and the Berkman Center at Harvard. He has also provided consultancy/advisory services to Google and numerous Internet start-up companies. He holds degrees from Penn, Harvard, and Aristotle University. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Oxford, and he will be a Visiting Scientist at Brown University in 2019. He has been named a Fulbright, Onassis, and Koch scholar.
