Domenico Rosani is research and teaching associate in criminal law at the Department of Italian Law at Innsbruck University, Austria. Previously, he served as a one-year trainee at the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, and as a policy intern in Brussels.
Domenico’s PhD project deals with children’s fundamental rights in the digital era, and criminal law. He has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on children’s rights, biolaw, privacy and human rights in general.
He has been invited to present the outcomes of his research to Italian and international conferences; among others, at Leiden University, at the International Institute for Criminal Justice and Human Rights, and at Rome’s University La Sapienza.
Besides, Domenico is a journalist and a former teacher.
