Nathaly leads Google Cloud’s global Privacy Regulatory Strategy & Compliance team. With over 15 years of industry experience operating at the intersection of law, technology, policy, operational compliance, and risk management; Nathaly has led key Google Cloud’s regulatory compliance efforts, such as those to address GDPR and the NIS Directive. Before joining Google Cloud, Nathaly led the Spanish Association of Information Security (ISMS Forum) and worked as a legal counsel advising multinational corporations on a wide range of privacy and cybersecurity matters. Nathaly holds an LL.M. in IT Law, and a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing and Privacy.
