Polanco Lazo

World Trade Institute - University of Bern; Swiss Institute of Comparative Law (CH)

Senior lecturer and researcher at the World Trade Institute University of Bern, and a Legal Adviser at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law. He is also a visiting professor at the University of Chile and a lecturer at the University of Lucerne. He has published extensively in leading international academic publishers and international journals on investment, trade, tax and environmental law. He served as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Luzern where he co-developed the TAPED (Trade Agreements Provisions on Electronic-commerce and Data) dataset. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor and a Master of Laws from Universidad de Chile, an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University and a PhD in Law from the Uni¬versity of Bern.
