Alexia Pato is a Visiting Professor at the University of Girona (UdG), where she teaches private international law, as well as judicial cooperation in civil and commercial matters. She wrote a book on jurisdiction and cross-border collective redress in the EU (Hart Publishing, 2019) and published various articles dealing with collective redress in the data protection field.
