Simon Mortier focuses his practice on data protection and telecommunications law, both in an advisory and in a litigious capacity. He has been working on all areas of GDPR compliance since the start of his career in September 2016. He also advises clients on the global challenges facing particularly the digital and communications sector as well as providing counsel on new technologies and their relationships with the use of data.
