Dr. Carolin Möller works as manager in the public sector practice of Deloitte Germany. Carolin supports national and European authorities in identifying policy challenges and designing policy solutions in relation to digitalisation. Her thematic focus lies on data protection, cybersecurity, privacy, AI & ethics. Carolin wrote her doctoral thesis on the rights to data protection and privacy in the law enforcement context. She has also published papers on the impact of Industry 4.0 on privacy as well as the use of algorithms in the law enforcement context. Before conducting her PhD in law at Queen Mary University of London, Carolin obtained an LLM in EU Law at the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Maastricht University.
