Mardini is a Group Product Manager at Google responsible for making Chrome the most trustworthy and safest tool for browsing the web. Over the past 12 years, he has worked on various parts of Chrome and Google, starting as Product Manager for MENA and Emerging Markets focused on mobile experiences then as the PM lead for Chrome on iOS. Mardini had extensive experience working in the US and the Middle East. He co-founded OpenCraft, a pioneering open-source software development company, based in Cairo, Egypt. Mardini has an Executive MBA from UC Berkeley, and a BSc in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.
