Claire Lobet-Maris is senior professor in sociology at the Computer Science faculty at University of Namur. She is also Research Director at the Centre of Research Law, Information & Society (CRIDS). Her main domain is the sociology of the digital trying both to understand the emergence and the meaning of the technological objects in our late modernity and their impacts on the agency and on the social interaction. She practices the ethical and sociological design of technologies, through her involvment in many H2020 and regional R&D projects.
