Jurjen Lemstra is a co-founder of Lemstra Van der Korst and specializes in advising and litigating corporate disputes. He has vast experience representing clients in numerous proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal and in public tender cases. Jurjen is also an expert in conducting financial law cases, focusing on the liability of the providers of financial products, the duty of care of financial institutions and the positions of financial supervisors. Additionally, Jurjen co-heads the firm’s class action practice and advises on collective settlements (WCAM) and proceedings regarding collective action claims (WAMCA).
