Nathalie Laneret is the Director of the Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL) in Brussels, a global think tank working with industry leaders, regulators and policymakers to enable the modern information age. Nathalie has more than 20 years of experience both in-house and in private practice. She was previously Group DPO at Capgemini where she was responsible for managing the DPO network and defining the Group's implementation strategy for the GDPR. She started her career as an attorney (Paris and New York bars) with August & Debouzy. She is a graduate in EU law from Robert Schuman University (Strasbourg, France) and holds an LL.M degree in American law from Duke University School of law (Durham, USA).
