Adam Harvey is an American artist and researcher currently based in Berlin. He is a graduate of New York University and previously studied engineering and photojournalism at Pennsylvania State University. His previous work includes CV Dazzle and the Anti-Drone Burqa. His work has been exhibited at the Istanbul Design Biennale, Seoul Mediacity Biennale, German Spy Museum, V&A Museum, and commissioned by the New York Times. He is the recipient of 2 PrototypeFund.de grants for developing computer vision software for human rights researchers and is currently researching the history and ethics of facial recognition datasets collected "in the wild".
