Kenneth Harris is the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) representative in Brussels, working on the U.S.- EU law enforcement policy relationship and as the U.S. liaison prosecutor to Eurojust. He has been with DOJ since 1990, in the Office of International Affairs or serving abroad. From 2004-2007, he was DOJ’s representative in Paris, France. Mr. Harris has participated in the negotiation of numerous law enforcement agreements, including on cybercrime and data protection matters. He holds an LL.M degree in international law from the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel, Germany (1989); a J.D. from the University of Connecticut (1981); and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania (1978).
