Ludmila joined Google's EU Team in Brussels in 2019 and is leading on cybersecurity and privacy policy issues. Prior to that, she worked in a law company in Vienna, in 2009 joined the Federal Chancellery of Austria and in 2013 the Austrian EU Permanent Representation in Brussels in charge of Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Media Policy and deeply involved in the varois legislations (GDPR, EU-US-Privacy Shield, NIS-Directive). During the Austrian EU Presidency 2018, Ludmila was chair of the Horizontal Council Working Party on Cyber and led the trilogues on the EU Cybersecurity Act. Ludmila holds a master and a doctoral degree in law (University of Vienna), lectures and publishes in the field of Union Law, Data Protection and Cybersecurity.
