Catherine Forget is a lawyer at the Brussels bar (JusCogens) and specializes in data protection law. She is also an assistant in criminal law and procedure at the USL-B and a member of the Research Group on Criminal Law and Procedure (GREPEC). As a member of the Lawyer Pool of the Human Rights League, she has filed several cases before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
