Mindy Nunez Duffourc is postdoctoral research fellow at Penn State Dickinson Law, where she works on the EU-funded project CLASSICA. She is also an Acting Assistant Professor of Lawyering at New York University Law School. She researches comparative health law and technology with a focus on medical liability. Mindy received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina and subsequently practiced law for 12 years in the United States. She is in the final stages of completing her PhD in Law from the University of Passau and will join the law faculty at Maastricht University this summer.
