Helen currently leads WhatsApp’s public policy work across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Helen previously worked at the BBC where she was Head of UK Policy, and also served as a senior policy advisor at UK regulator Ofcom as well as holding several roles in the offices of UK parliamentarians. Prior to getting into policy work, Helen ran radio airplay campaigns for a leading American music PR firm.
